We want you to love your professional lash results, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, used lash adhesives and individual lash clusters cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
